Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is currently unavailable. However, local deliveries are handled through Knutsford Express or the Post Office.
How long does it take to create an art piece?
On average, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. The time required depends on the size, complexity, and level of detail in the piece. .
If you have a specific deadline, let me know in advance so I can accommodate your request as best as possible
What are the different art styles you offer?
I specialize in semi-realistic to realistic art, capturing fine details with depth and emotion.
I also enjoy creating stylized art, as it allows me to escape from harsh realities I’d rather not connect with.
Do you offer framing services?
Framing services are currently unavailable, but I hope to offer them in the future as my business grows. Stay tuned for updates!
How do you handle customer returns and exchanges?
Since each piece is custom-made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
However, I keep my clients involved throughout the process to ensure they are satisfied before completion. I also seek feedback from others to continuously improve the quality of my work.
If an artwork arrives damaged during delivery, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I will assess the situation and work with you on a fair resolution
How does the billing process work?
Payments are required to be made via bank transfer. To begin processing your order, a 50% deposit is required.
Once the artwork is complete, the remaining 50% plus the delivery fee will be due before shipping or pickup. This ensures a smooth and secure process for both of us!
